A large basket of straight cut fries topped with a cheddar cheese sauce & our homemade meats.
We make all of our meats from scratch. They are slow roasted 10 to 12 hours for juicy perfection.
Our fryer is gluten free. We offer vegetarian items and have a vegan chili for those animal lovers (must request ahead of event).

Taco Bar
Our taco bar is our most requested catering experience. Choose from different meats that include carnitas and carne in adobo sauce. We can even do a brunch bar to include eggs and chorizo.
Pasta Bar
This is our second most popular catering experience. Choose from hand crafted meats and homemade sauces.
Southern Buffet
This is our specialty. Slow roasted meats, homemade sides and sauces. A down home delight.
Shelby's expertise is in dietary restrictions. She has celiac disease and has been perfecting recipes for various dietary needs for over 15 years.
